Merck Family Fund Launches New Programs in Massachusetts and New York
As part of our 10-year strategic plan, the Merck Family Fund (MFF) is expanding place-based and collaborative work in Massachusetts and New York. We aim to support communities most impacted by environmental, social, and economic injustice as they work to dismantle structural inequities and address the urgent challenges of climate change and democracy.
Focus on Priority Communities
MFF prioritizes communities disproportionately affected by systemic racism, climate disruption, and barriers to democratic participation.
In Massachusetts, we’re investing in work within Gateway Cities, supported by a statewide approach to policy and systems change.
In New York, we are deepening support for coalitions working to protect frontline communities and the environment.
